Salena Guipzot, Owner of Casa Guipzot, @salenaylosvinos, has curated a robust wine list comprising three rich red wines from Coahuila, Baja California, and San Luis Potsí. Decide which of the three wines you want to pair with your plate of roasted cornish hen smothered in mole poblano, arroz, and tortillas de maíz.
