About the event
Join Casa Guipzot on Wednesday, 11/20, for an evening of Mexican vino and mole. Enjoy a refreshing glass of espumoso (sparkling wine) from Queretaro as Salena y los vinos presents three delicious red wines to pair with mole. Chef Eddie will prepare a plate of cornish hen, smoothered in poblano mole with rice, paired with your favorite glass of wine from the evening.
Your prompt attendance at 7 pm is greatly appreciated, as we will not be able to serve any wines missed.
Presented bottles will be available for purchase after the conclusion of dinner.
