Join Casa Guipzot and Charcuterie by Raquel for our Wine & Learn: Build a Board + Wine Tasting on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 from 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm at the Parish located at 1624 Buena Vista Street, San Antonio, TX, 78207. Our Wine & Learn will provide you with the knowledge and confidence needed to build your own charcuterie board from scratch to take home. You will also enjoy a wine tasting of 3 wines from Mexico as Salena speaks on the history, geography, and culture of the wine. We'll also share how to pair certain cheeses and meats to complement your wine selection to enjoy with your charcuterie board. Your $125 ticket includes the following: - Learned knowledge of wine and charcuterie - All ingredients needed to build your board to go - 3 tastings/catas (2oz) - CG wine glass
